I have been offering training in MI since the early 2000s, and the core of my business since 2010 has been supporting professionals and organisations from a wide range of settings to deepen the quality of change conversations using MI as a framework. I offer workshops, consultation, supervision and coaching in MI as well as help build local networks so people curious about MI can find the right MI support. I have served on the board of both the international MINT and MINT Oceania.
