My approach to MI training is to support learners to engage, reflect, and build their skills. As a practising clinical psychologist and researcher with more than twenty years' experience in regional public health settings, I focus on the value of MI in helping people to change and grow. The aim of my MI training, coaching and supervision is to help learners to translate MI principles into practical, real-world encounters.
