Tara Crow Supervision and coaching, Training

I offer highly experiential online MI training to small groups of health practitioners working across the spectrum of health care. I am a dual qualified Counsellor (PACFA Reg Clinical), PACFA Certified Supervisor and Accredited Practising Dietitian in private practice. One of the guiding principles in my work is:‘Let the beauty of what you love, be what you do'. Rumi.

Gail Friswell Coding, Supervision and coaching, Training

I am a former high school teacher who took a career side jump to youth health work before retraining as a social worker. Along the way I met Motivational Interviewing, and thought “Wow MI. Wish I’d met you earlier”. I have a definite creative tilt, and a curiosity about different applications of MI. Most of my training was completed interstate, and I really wanted to provide options based in Tasmania.

Ken McMaster Consultation and organisational implementation, Supervision and coaching, Training

Motivational interviewing has shaped how I work for decades, and nowhere more than in domestic, family and sexualised violence intervention. As Principal Trainer and co-director of Hall McMaster & Associates, I've spent my career alongside practitioners in criminal justice and violence prevention, helping them hold people accountable while still believing change is possible. I'm still drawn to the same question that started this work: what actually helps people change?
